Stripe: Option to forward product/order info to Stripe Orders

    The Stripe integration with Jotform is working and processing the transaction, but an ORDER is not being created within Stripe. Am I missing something? Is there any way to have the Jotform order process as an order within Stripe?

    Our integration passes the amounts and product names selected on the JotForm form to Stripe for collecting payment. Stripe collects the payment, and upon success, the submissions will show up on your form's submissions page:

    Are you saying you are not receiving your payments in Stripe? I have checked your last edited form (70105983437963), and I see it is integrated with a Stripe account in Live Mode, which means that you should be receiving payments fine.

    If you are receiving payments successfully, but you would like a specific feature to be implemented with how you want your order to appear, please describe what it is you are looking for in more detail, and we'll gladly forward it to our developers if feasible.

    Stripe contains Transactions and Orders. The Transaction processes fine from Jotform and the money goes to my account. However, the Order is not added to Stripe, which means I cannot pull the order information into my shipping software. 

    Having the actual order information come through from Jotform into the Stripe API would be hugely helpful.

    Thanks for clearing that up. As far as I know, we don't have that feature yet where the actual Product/Order information will be forwarded to your Stripe Orders. The integration only processes the payment and transaction.

    I've elevated your thread as a feature request. Please keep in mind that there's no assurance whether this will be added or not. It will highly depend on the viability of the feature, the amount of similar requests we get, along with the workload of our Developers.

    We can't give you any timeframe but we'll keep you apprised on this same thread if/when there's an update.
