Get refund and close my account

    As soon as I upgraded I was unable to log in because my account was suspended. I contacted support and got no response. If I do not hear from somebody by Wednesday January 18 I will be disputing all three charges with my bank.

    It would be silly to get three chargebacks for $5 each. Please refund immediately and close my account.

    Your account is already active. However, you seem to have canceled the subscription. I'm sorry, but our policy indicates that we can only refund payments that aren't beyond 30 days. I have refunded your last payment. Expect the refund returned to your card within 4-10 business days.
