How can I change my form from https secure to http non-secure while keeping it active?

I am new to JotForm and testing it out to see if it will meet the needs of my non-profit community association.  I didn't notice the 10 submission limitation on secure forms before I went live with my first survey -- I really need it to accept up to 100.  How can I change it from secure to not-secure?  Since I figured out the limitation, I have started sending people to a link that is not secure, but the submissions are still counting against the original secure limit of 10 rather than 100.  Ideally, I won't have to change the (non-secure) url again.  Also, I'm using up a few submissions testing it.  Not sure if there is a way to have these not count (e.g. by deleting those records)??

You need to change the URL of your form from https://secure.jotfom or https://www.jotform to http://form.jotform or http://www.jotform.

You also need to change the embedded URL as i mentioned above. Since it's the first time i have also removed your downgrade and delete 2 SSL submissions from your count. Please remember that we can only do it cone.

By the way for all users the counts reset to 0 on the 1st day of every month.
