I am the account creator (steve@flowhub.co).. and I get emails each time a form is submitted. However, we have another user (chase@flowhub.co) who is not getting them. How can I make sure he gets them, too?

I checked your form and I can see that you have one email recipient. You can add another email recipient by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients.
1. Open your forms and click the Emails button in the Form Builder.
2. In the Notification bar, click the Edit button.
3. Go to the Recipients tab, and click the + Add New Email and press Enter. Click the Save button when you're done.
