The image link is not active on the PDF file that was sent to my Dropbox account

Submissions to my dropbox are no longer working. I get a PDF but when I open the PDF the image link is not active, I cannot get the image.

Submissions to Google Drive, why can't they go into a folder that I can see on my computer inside of Google Drive instead of at an online link (where they also come in as PDFs)

Is there any way to just receive actual images into something else?? If I don't use Dropbox or Google Drive, where do the images go?

When you say not active, you mean the image is not showing up? Not clickable? Would you mind sharing us a PDF file from your Dropbox account? This way, we can check the PDF and see if we can replicate the problem.

As for the Google Drive, you should get a local copy of the uploaded files and the PDF. You should be able to open it, but assuming that you have a PDF viewer installed on your PC and the image is set to open using your image viewer app. Please create a new thread if you are still experiencing the problem with Google Drive.

The file uploads are stored on our servers. You can access the files by going to your form submissions page, here's how: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions. Here's our guide to download the files from the page: https://www.jotform.com/help/356-How-to-Download-the-Submission-Files

I hope that helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.
