Hi, on my Self-Employment Tax Organizer, I received a submission, but it isn't prompting me to upload my encryption key. I'm not sure why this is happening.Page URL:

Does the same thing happen even if you clear your browser's cache/data?
It's possible that you have already entered it once using the same browser that's why it is not already asking you for an encryption key.
Or, you can also try to access your account submission page in incognito or private mode. Notice that you will be asked again if you do this.
