What does "Total submissions storage" mean?

    I have 3 questions:

    1. Monthly form views - Does this mean I have only a certain amount of views with the Free form?

    2.  Total submissions storage - Does this mean I can only have 500 orders using the Free form?

    3.  Embed code - Where do I find that information so I can put it on my page?

    Thank you, Darlene Fontenot

The Total Submission Storage is the total number of all submissions stored in your account. It is not referring to the monthly submissions. Under the Free plan,  you can only store 500 submissions.

For example, you received 100 submissions per month within 5 months, then your total submission storage is equal to 500.

You need to delete some submissions in order to free up your submission storage. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data.

I need to create a separate threads for your other questions. Here are the links:

    Embed code - https://www.jotform.com/answers/1034858

    Hope that helps. Thank you.
