I think what you mean by the Thank you form is the notification/autoresponder in the form. If this is correct, then it's possible. Here's the guide to configure this option in the form: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer.
You can also do this in the thank you page, here's how: https://www.jotform.com/help/333-How-to-Change-Thank-You-Message-Depending-on-the-Language-Used.
If that's not what you mean, then please clarify.

Thank you for your answer but this is not was i mean. For example. The Customers is booking with the form a swimmingcourse for his children. If the customers has clicked the button sent he see the thank you page. on this thank you page he has the possibillity for a special bundle offer so for example he can get swimming goolges to a special price. if the customer want to get the special bundle offer he has to click only one button on this thank you page and i get a new email form with the name of the customer and teh choosing information to modify the recept or the sent formsheet must be modified.

Thank you for additional clarification, but I'm afraid that what my colleague suggested is the way to do it. What I would like to add is that you can create a separate form with the offer you would like to show to your customers and then based on what they select in the form you can redirect them to that form. Additionally, you can create a Thank you page with auto-redirect feature: https://www.jotform.com/help/89-Create-a-Custom-Thank-you-page-with-Auto-redirect
So you can create a form with the offer and show it as a Thank you page like we described, and then redirect after certain time to the actual thank you page, if your users don't want to take advantage of the offer.
Hope this makes sense.
If you have any further questions please let us know.
Thank you!

Iám not sure that I understand what you mean. I understand, that i can after pushing the sent button redirect to my page (ore any site). I understand, that i can create a site or the next form with my special order but the customer must fill the next form with the same information or?
is it possible to get informations (for example the full name) from the form he comes from? or is there any possibillity that he see the filled form and can mody the form?

Hello,
As I understand prepopulation feature of JotForm will suit your needs. You also asked about editting, but I think it will not a good option for you.
You can prepopulate fields in a later form, from a former form. Here is the basic guides about it:
https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters
And here is a guide on connecting two forms:
https://www.jotform.com/help/351-How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form
Here are the connected forms. Form 1 send data to form 2:
Form 1: https://form.jotform.com/53541423066955
Form 2: https://form.jotform.com/53542179889977
I hope this answer helps. Please don't hesitate to contact us for your further queries.
All the best!

Now we come closer ;-D . Thank you. The Redirect between Form 1 and form 2 works! But not the
prepopulation. The Testform Nr. 1 Is named: Test 1 Schwimmkurse Anmeldung. The redirect is the testform 2 called Test 2 Aqua Fun Bestellung. I need the First and Last Name. What is Wrong in the redirect?

Based on your settings and form sequence, I think you got it wrong. You should do the following, assuming that you will pass the Full name from this form:
http://www.jotformeu.com/form/70183152527351
...to this form:
http://www.jotformeu.com/form/70183583262355
a. Edit your Test 1 form.
b. Open the thank you settings.
c. Enter the following URL:

I checked your form and I was able to confirm this problem.
Please allow me some time to investigate this further.
Thank you for your patience.

Thank you for your patience, I located the problem it is the name of the target field in your Thank you page:
The field's names were inverted so the target field name was the source and vice versa. Anyhow, I adjusted that in your form and everything is working fine.
If you have any additional questions please let us know.
Thank you!

I checked your form and the problem was in the name of the email field. The name of both fields is email10 actually. I did the changes in your form and tested, everything is working fine.
Please test and let us know how it worked for you.
Thank you!
