Someone has asked me to update their website including a form created with Jotform, but they don't have the username or password.
Is there any way to access this form to update it?

I'm sorry to say but you need the JotForm account to update the said form which is currently embedded in that web site. But you can easily open a new account, clone the said form to the new one and reembed it if you have access to their web site. You can find the form URL in web site's source page by searching JotForm.
I've also sent the password reset instructions to the owner of this account.
Feel free to contact us if you need further assistance.

Okay, thanks for that.
Just one more question: Is there any way that the current *recipient* of the form results can get the login info?

Unfortunately, it's not possible. Because the recipient email address is not associated with any account in our system. So our system will not allow us to send the login information or the password reset instrcutions to the recipient email address. The only way is to clone the form and reembeded it.
