I had absolutely no one use my jotforms and I got an error message saying that I had used my daily 1000 submission limit. Why?

It also caused my Zaps to fail and it is now the next day so supposedly I should have another 1000 submissions available. Hence I am not sure why this is happening. Please advise.

here is the text of the email that I received from Jotforms:

It seems like you have reached your API limit. FREE accounts are limited to 1,000 requests per day and you have used 1,000 requests today. Your API Key (ef9815...a01615) has been disabled for the rest of the day. Since we understand that it can be an inconvenience to have your access stop working because you have reached your API limit, we'd like to remind you that you can upgrade and your API key will be running smoothly again.

    These are my forms.

You reached the daily API limits, not he submissions limit. In order to understand what an API is, and what it does, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/406-Daily-API-Call-Limits

That guide will show you how to check your remaining API limit for the day. Let us know if you have more questions.
