MY FORM Upload From Treasure on the Wall IS NOT WORKING THE FILES ARE NOT BEING UPLOADED TO DROPBOX AND I NEEDED TO EDIT THE INTEGRATION SO IT CREATE DIFFERENT FILE NAMES

Upon cloning your form and integrating it with Dropbox I can see it works fine:
I have also checked another form I had already integrated and works on my end.
Removing the integration should help you to get it working again, if you need the data being saved in the same folder then you must name the new integrated folder exactly the same as it was before.
This way you keep getting the info saved in the same folder with the existing submissions, if there are missing submissions then editing them on the submissions dashboard will help you to send it to the Dropbox folder.
