It is unlucky to note that I cannot login myself on your web site as to makle corrections
on my already made / customized Booking form.
I wonder what has happened.
The Login takes the Username as Faisal Ansari yet password it does nt accept any more
also it does nt send a new one. Can you help me.

I have checked your account and I did not see any issue. Your account name is FaisalAnsari and your account email is firstname.lastname@example.org.
When I have checked the emails in our system, I have seen that you should have received 6 password reset emails. My recommendation is please check your SPAM/JUNK folder of your email address. If you see the emails from JotForm there, please mark them as NOT SPAM as you can see the screenshot below:
Then, you can do all password reset process from that emails again.
