Usamos o jotform há um tempo e agora ele parou de enviar as listas para o email indicado. Preciso reconfigura-lo para que ele volte a enviar as respostas de formularios para o nosso email.

I did check our email logs and found that your email address was in our bounce list but it seems to have been removed already. Your email is not in our bounce list anymore. I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
I did test your form by sending a test submission and the email was sent successfully. Please check the log below:
