Why is my embedded form loading so slowly?

The loading time for this form is pretty rough. I was told by a jotform seasoned vet that this form isn't nearly big enough to have those slow load times. I also only have 1 image on my form so I don't think it could be that. Can you guys see what the reason is?

Thanks for letting us know about this issue with the form loading time.

I've investigated this problem some to help figure out what's going on and from what I can see it appears to be a conflict with several scripts running on your website that are interfering with the form's functionality.

I tested the form link by itself and it loaded very quickly but, when checking your form embedded on your website it was drastically slower.

Then I found a bunch of console errors that were on your site but, none of them belonged to the form itself which means it's not the form having this problem and that it is something else that is conflicting with it.

I would suggest trying to replace the embedded script with our iframe code to see if that helps to resolve the issue for you since it prevents these types of issues.

If for some reason you continue to have a problem with it just let us know and we'll do what we can to help look into the issue more.

Everything is equally slow, even in the backend, in preview, and when I view the form by itself. I really would hate to embed with iframe because as you know, I would lose any responsiveness that I have.

I could understand the website conflict issue but when I view the form off of the website I still have majorly slow load time.

You shouldn't lose any responsiveness with the iframe or at least that shouldn't be occurring.

However, I do understand what you are saying and that you would prefer not to use the iframe code even though that is what we normally suggest first often to try to fix this type of problem.

Please allow us some more time to investigate this problem further to help resolve it and soon as we know something more we'll update you again.
