My Upload file was full, now cleared - will this allow me to continue?
I got a mail to say it will stop on 17th but today I see a few subscriptions that are taking an abnormal time to reflect in my Google Drive file

To my understanding, you have received an over-limit warning message on your account, correct? However, if you check the usage section of your account (make sure you're logged in before clicking the link), you will see that you are not in any way near your limits now and you can continue using your forms.
