all photo submissions since December have Webloc

Please advise, 

all photo submissions since December have Webloc on end of submission 

this makes the upload very difficult into the one drive program that had been previously used. 

Please advise. I presumed this was an auto add when account went into "hold" while awaiting a subscription payment.

Could you please let us know what do you mean by "Webloc"?

I checked your form, submissions, and uploads but I wasn't able to find out.
