I've upgraded my account but my form has been disabled

    Hi there

    I have received an rmal telling me that my forms has been disabled, when I have already upgraded,  please can advise urgently as I am loosing out on business,

    it takes you guys the whole day to answer an email, this not good service, i have lost out huge on my business, u will be talking to my lawyers

    We apologize for the inconvenience. I see you purchased the Silver package, ref #: S-7FW27782PA7118910, but it was not automatically updated in the account.

    I have manually updated your account to Silver status, so your forms are available again.
