Hi, we are trying to create order form, which will allow user to order transfer service from one to different location.

Currently we have 10 location in two different dropdown fields and user can choose which one is pickup and which one is destination location. Price must be provided to user based on his/her selection

We need to provide price for combination of two drop down selections. e.g.

    Dropdown 1

    a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i, j

     Dropdown 2

    a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i, j

    a+d=$10 or a+c=$20

can anyone assist us and advice how to create this

    Thank you in advance!

Yes, this will be possible to achieve with conditions, I have created a sample form based on your example, basically what you need to do is to set the condition statements, setting the condition that all the statements need to be met, and then add the needed value.

    Here's my sample form: https://form.jotform.com/70157483407962

You can clone it by following this guide: How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

Here's also a guide with more details about this feature: Conditional-Logic-Inserts-Text-Calculation-Into-A-Field

Do note that you will need to set all the combinations that you need in your form, each combination of options will end up in a condition.

If you have any question, let us know.

    Hello dotransferme,

You should use normal "Textbox" field or "Form Calculation" widget to display the price output.

Please note that there is an alternative solution also available to calculate the price without adding any conditions. Here are the steps you should follow:

#1. Add two dropdown field in your form and set the "Calculation Values" for each dropdown options you add.

#2. Add a "Form Calculation" widget in form and set the formula to add the values of both the dropdown fields. Please check the screenshot below on how to achieve this:

Please take a look at the following demo form and see if this is what you want to achieve:  https://form.jotform.com/70162652478964

Feel free to clone this form for a closer look. The following guide should help you in form cloning:  https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!

    Thanks ashwin_d,

Please be so kind to advice me how we can add price (for example $50) to the total price when customer check checkbox.

To be sure You understand what we are talking about: We have checkbox field "Order VIP Transfer" (this is optional field) when customer check this field we want system to add automatically $50 to "Transfer Price" field which already have some price based on user's selected two drowdowns

Hello, since your most recent question is now different from the topic being discussed here, I moved to it to a separate thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/1036761

We'll have it addressed there shortly.
