How do I reset form counts and empty old uploads?

I have a few forms created last year that I will be reusing. I need to know how to reset the form submission and view count. Does duplicating the old form and retitling take care of both of those item request?

You can delete existing submission data on your form.

Cloning your form will create a new form without any existing data. Since you want to get rid of existing submission count and upload file, you can just delete the original form after you have cloned/copied already.
