    Not Receiving email notifications

    Hi none of the emails configured on your system are receiving any kind of notification.

    Hi,

    I inspected your form and when I check your e-mail history, I cannot find any issue with it. Would you please display the screenshot which I have shared with you below?:

    As you can see from the screenshot everything seems okay with your e-mails.

    Also, you can check your e-mail history by following this link, after you login to your account. You should select the action type as "Emails" and you can select any time range which you want to display.

    We have a user guide for detailed information which is related to view all your form email history.

    Another point I would like to remark that sometimes our e-mails can be dropped to the Junk folder. Please check your SPAM folder and if you find any e-mail from us in your SPAM, please mark it as not spam.
