    this comes up....

    Can anyone assist me in fixing this ASAP?

    Well...whatever it was it's now fixed :)

    Sorry for the inconvenience. We had an issue earlier but all should be fine now.

    I checked your form again just in case if it is still not working and I can see that it is working fine now. Also, I notice that you created another thread for the same issue. I'm now closing that thread. Please reply here if necessary.
