We have not received an email from any submissions since 9:20 am this morning. approx 12 submissions were made and none of them were emailed through. We have checked our firewall and it has not received any emails since 9:20am either.
Our usage has plenty of submissions available. Can you please check this out for me?

Apologies for the inconvenience. I see that your mail log shows that emails were sent successfully, however, we noticed that other users are also reporting the same issue. It seems to be specific on some regions like in Australia. I have forwarded this issue to our back-end team to have it checked and fixed.

Please also do check your spam/junk/trash folders, the emails might have been moved there. Please do also update us if emails are now being sent and received.

We just receive news that the issue was temporary. Could you please check again in your end and let us know if you are still experiencing the issue?
