I've had a client whose 3 bookings we didnt place because we hadn't received the emails from the form. They also didn't receive a copy of the form either.
I've put a couple of test form submissions through and they have not come through yet either, however all submissions appear when I log in to view them.
Can you let me know if there is an issue with the emailing situation?
Apologies for the inconvenience. I see that your mail log shows that some emails were sent successfully, however, we noticed that other users are also reporting the same issue. It seems to be specific on some regions like in Australia. I have forwarded this issue to our back-end team to have it checked and fixed.

Please also do check your spam/junk/trash folders, the emails might have been moved there. Please do also update us if emails are now being sent and received.
We just receive news that the issue was temporary. Could you please check again in your end and let us know if you are still experiencing the issue?
