I would like to set up my account to automatically email my clients the entire contract once they sign it. Currently it is leaving out all the body text where I have outlined all of my clauses.

I wasn't sure if you're referring to sending the Notifiers and Autoresponders or you're referring to editing the body if the message.
Anyhow, I'll show you both. For sending Notifiers and Autoresponders please refer to this guide:
On the other hand, if you're missing your statements from the form (clauses), you can include them in the email but you will have to copy manually.
Here is how to do that:
Basically, you will have to copy all clauses and paste them manually in the newly created row in Autoresponder/Notifier. That way they will be included in the email.
