Google Integration: Submissions not going through

    Good Day,


    Please can you tell my why I am paying Jotform????? This is the second time that my form is no longer intergrating with google sheets. It worked perfectly fine yesterday and today......POWWW its gone. 


    I want this resolved asap or I want my money back, because being incompetent seems to be the middle name of Jotform. We are running a 24hr call centre and cannot afford this to happen or we will loose data.

    First of all, I apologize for the inconvenience.

    Please note that the problem is well known, and our developers are working on it as I type this reply. Unfortunately, being limited by Google at this very moment doesn't help at all, especially when our customers, whom we value dearly, get bad experiences as a result.

    What I can assure you is, our developers are working hard to solve this problem, and as I escalated this ticket, you will be notified as soon as they resolve it.

    Again, apologies for the inconvenience, and thank you very much in advance for understanding. It really pains us to see you go through the trouble, especially as we strive to provide high quality both in terms of the service and its support.

    This came right again yesterday after waiting several hours and dis-integrate and reintegrate with a new sheet. I have done the same now again and now none of the data captured is on the new sheet. Is this going to be a daily problem as our call centre is now completely offline which we can not have.


    If this is going to become a daily issue?
