Hi. I have created a new form and integrated it with Google Docs and Google Sheets. The .pdf currently only appears in Google Docs about an hour after I submit and so far there is no data in the sheet.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did clone your form and integrated it with my own google spreadsheet & google drive. I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. The submission data was sent to google spreadsheet almost instantly. The submission PDF was also uploaded without any delay and the submission data also is being displayed in PDF file. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please remove the existing google spreadsheet & drive integration and integrate again.
