500 Internal Server is displayed after the form is submitted.

    I was told my forms are having the same issue tonight. Perhaps a glitch. I know it happened twice from a phone, but an actual computer seemed to work.

    Hello fabulousphotos,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did test your form from computer as well as from a mobile device and did not find any issue with that. I was able to submit it successfully.

    I would suggest you to please test your forms again and get back to us if the issue persists. We will report it to our backend team.
