variable entries

Hi, 

I'm creating a form for the schoolrun.

On this form, people can subscrib if they would like to run, or only supporter.  Thats an option in my form.

But when they choose e.g. 5 runners, I need them to fill 5 times the data for each runner. The data is Name, distance and startpoint. 

If the next one choose only 1 runner, it should only show 1x the data.

Is there an widget that do this?  or another possibility?
