Changes are not being displayed in the embedded form.

    Sorry to bother you but there is an issue with my
    school partnership form,at first it worked
    But then a problem appeared.When I add the
    selection tab,when I get rid off option 1 2 3and just
    keep tick box,the embedded code doesn't register
    the change.
    Please look into it because I need the teacher
    To click the box saying they agree to condition.

    I have checked the website you have linked to, and I see the form embedded there is this one:

    It is the same form that shows up on your website:

    Thanks you,
    Check the form under partnership in home page.
    Then go to the actual template on jotform and
    try to add the tabs,remove 'option 1' 'option 2'
    only keep tick box,apply code to site, you will see
    it's not deleted.

    I have checked the form you have embedded on this webpage https://www.malingo.co.uk/parternships.html and I can see it is updating properly. 

    I have added a custom text to your form and it shows in the form builder: 

    Then I have checked the embedded form and I can see it reflects as well: 

    Could you please test again on your end? 

    If the changes are still not reflecting, please let us know the specific change you're trying to apply so we can also try the same on our end. 

    Also, try re-embedding the form to see if it makes any difference.

    As you can see on the first picture,there is only one tick box,what I am looking for,but when I preview it or copy the code,the options don't go away.It was fine this morning but it just doesn't want to be deleted.

    Unfortunately your screenshots did not reach this thread, please upload them again by following this guide: How-to-add-screenshots-images-to-questions-in-support-forum

    You should also re-embed your form to get the changes applied on the embedded version too. 

    I have also checked the form on the website as well as the form builder and found they are the same: 

    However, with the screenshots we will know what you're seeing on your end and will be able to check it on our end too.

    Can you send me the actual link where I need to upload the screenshots.
    Here is my form https://www.malingo.co.uk/parternships.html option 123 still appear despite deleting them and
    updating the form.
    I am going to send newsletter on Monday,please can you help fix it because it looks odd.

    The form on this page doesn't seem to be a form from Jotform: https://www.malingo.co.uk/parternships.html. Did you embed the form on a different page instead?

    I checked your international school partnerships form and I can see that the Option 1, 2, 3 still remain. I have cleared your form cache to refresh the form. Can you please clear your browser cache and try deleting the options again to see if the issue persists?

    I decided to go back to weebly, jotform too
    complicated,time consuming +I have to write to
    you constantly.
    Also, I feel you are not addressing the problem about
    the form and am made to feel as am the
    one who's wrong.
    Yes they are beautiful but there are still issues
    with the forms.Weebly forms are much simpler and
    easier to use and I don't mind their simplicity.
    Am trying to set up a project, no one will take me
    seriously when they see' I agree' 'option 1 2 3.
