How to setup my forms to allow submissions to be revisited later?

I have persuaded my client that most of the Forms can be completed online.  You mentioned that I can set it up so the form is saved and can be revisited.  This sounded easy in the video:

1. Click "Setup and Embed"

2. Find and Click "Preferences"

3. On Preferences Tab, find and click "Advance Settings"

4. On Advance Settings tab, find and click "Edit Auto Fill Settings"  (THERE IS NOTHING THERE)

5. Set to "Enable" and choose "Time" interval to save changes. (THERE IS NOTHING THERE)

Under Advanced there is "Continue Form Later" which is enabled but no means of setting frequency of save.  Are you able to check my forms under CMS to be sure they are setup correctly and will allow my client to auto save and revisit?  Your help would be appreciated as I have avoided the penalty even though the form is going out late and your various forum solutions are conflicting to say the least.

I see in your post you already make some research about the issue. Let me clarify.

1. Click "Setup and Embed"

First three steps are fine.

4. On Advance Settings tab, find and click "Edit Auto Fill Settings"  (THERE IS NOTHING THERE)

This means Continue Forms Later option in current version of the Form Builder. I think that you looked at an old guide (video) and you saw old interface of the form builder.

5. Set to "Enable" and choose "Time" interval to save changes. (THERE IS NOTHING THERE)

This option is also available in the old version of the form builder.

If you want to set a time frame for the continue later option, follow the short video below. Please have a look at the below video about how to switch old version of the form builder.

Please turn on Enable to Continue Forms Later option to allow people continue filling your form later.

Please note that they should open the form in the same browser.

On the other hand, I couldn't find any folder named as CMS. Could you please share the links of the forms that you request to check it for you.

You are using the CMS form in the video.  I am probably being thick here - I did as shown, went to preferences, advanced and enabled "continue forms later" - saved and returned to preferences and again it only showed General and Advanced.  I therefore tried disabling it, save and back to preferences  - no change - no tabs with advanced settings - just General and Advanced. What am I doing wrong?

To see advance settings, you need to switch to the old version of the form builder.

Please have a look at the following instruction about how to switch:

#1- Open your form builder.

#2- Write &old after the Form ID.

After that, you can see the old version of the form builder. Please "Enable" the Continue Form Later option and try again.
