    MailChimp Integration: not all MailChimp fields show up in the Match Your Fields section.

    Integration between my form below has stopped working properly , it has dropped some of the fields to update and I cannot add them as it only lists 10 of the many fields I have in the form.

    I just cloned your form, and integrated with MailChimp, all the form fields are listed:

    Try removing the integration, and integrating back again. Let us know if you need more help.

    I have tried removing integration as suggested and trying again and still only get 10 fields to select from on the left hand side. All the field appear OK on the right hand list.

    I have tried integrating MailChimp with one of the forms. I see that the dropdown is displaying the list completely. Could you try integrating the Mailchimp to your form by creating a new API key in the MailChimp and see if that makes any difference?

    Also, please provide us with the form ID so that we can check the issue further. Thank you!

    I have removed Integration with Mailchimp on all 4 forms that use it, and disabled the API within Mailchimp. But I still have the same problem when I integrate any of these forms, they only show me the  fields in the mailchimp record see below

    So, not all MailChimp fields are being listed in the integration? Could you share the list of fields you have in your MailChimp account, so we can forward this to our back-end team?

    Hi David,

    No, this isn't caused by what you have done.

    We have recently updated to MailChimp API 3.0 and we overlooked changing the default 'count' parameter for requesting lists and merge fields.

    Hi after fixing the problem will other users find the fields which were dropped automatically put back again or will they have to reset them. If the latter is there anyway of ensuring people know. I only spotted the issue because I had only recently created the integration and wanted to ensure it was working. Others will assume it was working and will not know that some of the data was not being sent to Mailchimp.

    Hi,

    The problem will have appeared only if they edited the integration. Otherwise, their forms will work as if nothing has changed.
