In a job application form, we require applicants to attach a resume. Occasionally, the link to the document appears as: 404 Not Found : /jufs/"user"/51267154236150/360430038544931499/ Resume1.docx and will not download. Please assist as this issue is a major detriment to work flow.

The error you are seeing generally is caused when a file is not completely uploaded. Either due to a connection issue when uploading or very infrequently something on our end can cause it.
When the error is caused on our end, usually we can reupload the file and it show again. I tried to do so with the file you referenced but it looks like the file simply did not complete uploading or the users connection had issues during the process.
If there are more than just one or two files, let us know the specific files and we can check if they can be reuploaded.
