How do I change the form fields on my auto responder email?

    The information I want to include on the autoresponder is not one of the options in the form fields.  I used a multi-selectable check box on my form, and want to include that information.  

    The check box on my form contains many options.  I want to confirm those options within the email.  Please advise.

    Hi there,

    Editing autoresponder form fields is easy. Please follow this guide:

    1. While on your form (Edit mode), click Setup & Embed

    2. Click E-mal Alerts

    3. Open your Autoresponder

    4. On your autoresponder work area, you'll see Form Fields on the upper right side, clicking that would insert form field variables to your autoresponder. Check this screen:
