How to include text in the email submission?

Hi! I love JotForm. I just submitted a test and saw that only the field with entered values and the signature are showing up when I get the form submitted via email. I want my disclaimer and regular Text also to appear as part of the agreement once it get submitted. Thank you Joe

Since you're using the "Text" field you cannot get this to be included in the email automatically, you will need to manually add the text to your email template. 

What you could do is to use the short scrollable terms widget to display your text so you can include it in your email: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/short_scrollable_terms 

You could also use the narrative fields widget to display the text in your form and include the text in the email as well: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/narrative_fields
