How can I change the name on the tab of a cloned survey?

Hello - I have cloned a survey for a different purpose and need to change the name that appears on the tab when I open the survey in a browser. Currently, it shows the original form creator's name on the browser tab when opened: https://form.jotform.com/70105297940152. Could you direct me on editing this?

To change the form title you need to first open the form preferences, you will find it as the gear icon on the top toolbar while in the form builder: 

Once in the preferences wizard go to the advanced tab and click on the show more button: 

Scrolling down a bit will get you to the option where you will be able to set the desired title:
