How do I share my form on a Facebook page?

How do I share my application form on a facebook business page without it showing as code.

I don't want to share it as an embedded document, just a hyperlink to click on

You just need to paste the direct link of the form in the your status or timeline. Here's a guide on how to get the form's direct link:

1. Click the "Publish" button in the Form Builder.

2. In the Publish wizard, you'll see the direct link. You can copy it manually or just click the "Copy Link" button.
