V4: Apostrophe that is added inside of field label is shown encoded on live formAsked by champioz on January 17, 2017 at 12:41 PM
In the text accompanying my form, I use single quotes that work fine both in the form editor (4.0) and in response emails. But embedded on a web page, they appear as the character encoding (see screenshot). Any ideas?
I was that you have removed single quotes from your from. I have cloned your form and I was able to replicate same issue in V4.
I will escalate this issue to our developers. Once this issue is resolved we will inform you via this thread.
For now you can use Version 3 of our Form Builder to edit your field labels. You can switch to Version 3 on settings page of your account.
Here is my demo form: https://form.jotform.com/70166077656967
Feel free to clone it.
We're sorry the inconveniences. Encoding problem related with the questions labels is fixed.
