Our account is having more than 100 forms. Do we need to change our pricing plan?

    Hello,

    My service has expired, and I noticed that there is a new pricing chart as of 1/17/17. For the bronze package, does this mean that I can only have 25 forms total?

    All of my client websites are using these forms according to the old pricing, and this is far over 100 forms. Does this mean that I would have to pay $99 a month just to utilize the forms now?? This new pricing system is a tad bit expensive.

    The limit of the forms in the pricing structure has been introduced a few months ago. However, if your account is created before the introduction of these form limits, you should be able to manage the existing forms without any issue since these accounts are grandfathered. However, it is not possible to create new forms or restore any deleted forms if the forms are over the limit. If more forms are required for any account, it is required to upgrade the account.
