You can use the Text tool in order to add a hyperlink inside your form. Here's how:

    1. Insert a "Text" tool the form.
    2. Double click the Text tool or click the "Edit HTML" button.
    3. Highlight the text and then click the "Insert/edit Link" icon.
    4. Fill up the URL field and then click OK.
    5. Click the "Complete" button and save the changes.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, let us know. Thank you.
