Form not submitting on Internet Explorer or Safari

Hi There! Wondering why my form won't submit when users are using Safari or Internet Explorer? The submit button only says "please wait" and doesn't load.

To my understanding, the form in your screenshot is embedded on your website, correct?

Can you tell us exactly how can we get to your form through your website, please?

I have clicked the link you included in your post, however, I just got redirected to https://www.amazon.com/

I would also like to take this opportunity to ask permission if we can make test submissions directly to your form, please?
