It seems your account have gone beyond the storage limit for free accounts, which is 500. That means that if you do not upgrade, the oldest submissions will be deleted to match the 500 limit.

My recommendation would be to download your submissions and delete them from your account to avoid loss data. Here is a guide to do the download:
