Unstable Gsheet updating

    Hi JotTransformers,

    I use quite allot of the Gsheet integration. But it seems to "hop off" - detach from Gsheet and I need to create a totally new Gsheet.

    And some of the forms deliver suddenly information in different order when I have change the rows - before I had no problems with this.

    Also before when I connected new Gsheets it made a tab "submission" now it just says "sheet". And I could also put in more tabs and even put them in different places. Now the submitted data always fills inn on the first tab in the Gsheet.

    Are this somethings you are familiar with?

    I am working on a project and just want to know before I start building forms and connect - so I can adapt and work around this.

    Is there something I do wrong, any good ideas or solutions?

    I have checked some forms that you have and found they are integrated with Google Spreadsheet, do note that if you modify the integrated spreadsheet then this may break the integration. 

    We strongly recommend to avoid making any change on this to avoid submissions not being properly received or any other problem. 

    If you have made changes to the integrated spreadsheet I would suggest you to remove the current integration and add a new one, this way you will have a clean spreadsheet with all your existing submissions. 

    I have also tested this on my end and I can see the spreadsheet looks properly, I have not made any change on it:

    From our end I have also resend those missing submissions to the integrated spreadsheets. 

    Please if even after re-integrating your form you're unable to get new submissions sent, let us know.

    Hi,
    Thank you.
    I will change my way of using the data - and just use the sheet as database
    and export with ImportSheet to another Gsheet for further analysing.
    Will it be a problem of renaming the "Sheet1", or would you recommend to
    keep that as is?
    I am gathering from around 20 forms "hour logging" from a restaurant.
    I haven´t decided yet if I should create one form with different staffs in
    a dropdown - so all data gathers into one sheet - then export from there.
    Any thoughts on best practice?

    I have tried changing the spreadsheet name as well as the tab name and I can see submissions are still sending, so this is a change that you could apply without affecting the integration, basically deleting columns, renaming the column titles could also break the integration.
