I need pay pal to show up

I had it on my original form but it wasn't working so I deleted it and am trying to re install it.  I need a 

way to have people to register for the reunion.

I have checked the form in your account and found that you were able to successfully integrate your form with PayPal, upon submitting it I was able to see it redirects to the payment page properly.
