Embedded form is not submitting.

    I created the form: https://form.jotform.com/63416524998165

    I embedded it into the website: http://oneplateamerica.org/

    For some reason when I try to submit the form, it continues saying "please wait".  I created two pages on the form with a condition based on the first selection. I don't know if that is affecting the submission. Please let me know so that I can get the form active on the site.

    I cloned your form and sent a couple of submissions there. So far I am able to submit the form without any issues.

    I see you are currently using oembed to embed the form. Can you please try using the embed form plugin instead? Embed JotForm in Wordpress using the Embed Form Plugin

    Alternatively, you can also try using the iFrame code by following this guide: Getting the form iFrame code

    If the issue persists, please let us know.
