Is there a way to change the email that the form comes from? The form will go to students as academic alerts and I want to be sure they open it rather than think it is spam.

If you have SMTP credentials, you can setup SMTP for the autoresponder so that you can use your own email address as the sender email instead of jotform. To set this up, please see our guide here: How to Setup SMTP for a Form
Alternatively, you can also add custom address by verifying your email address. Please see this guide on How to Add a Custom Sender Address to an Email Alert.
