    Thank you page is displayed blank.

    I just set up a new form. No integrations, nothing fancy about it. About to embed it in a Squarespace site. But at the moment, simply testing it from JotForm link in a browser. Form behaves nicely, and submits the email to me and the user who filled out the form, just as it should. Then it goes to a blank page, tab shows "Thank You" but the page is blank.

    I have tried removing the graphic logo, but that didn't help. Still blank.

    Can you tell what the problem is?

    Hello khuser,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I tested your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. After the form is submitted, it just display a blank thank you page. I am not sure what is causing this issue but when I cloned your form, it displays thank you message correctly.

    I am reporting it to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update form them. For now, I would suggest you to please clone the following form and see if this works as expected:  https://form.jotform.com/70171326971960
