What's the easiest (quickest) way to track which page a form was submitted from?

I've got a contact form I'm happy with and now want to include this form on most pages of the site (100+). I've read the thread in the forum which involves changing 3 pieces of code for each page, but I don't have the time to make these changes to a 100+ pages.

Is there a simpler way of tracking the page the form was submitted from?

I don't want to create a new form for each page, if the form changes I just want to make the change once.

One other question: I'll be signing up for a premium account. Is there any speed difference between using the http server and the https server? Would the https one be quicker?

    Cheers

    Hi

    Yes, you can know address where your form is coming from. See the steps below;

Change the subjects of your contact forms. To change subject of an email on a form:
    1. Open the form on the form editor
    2. Click on "Setup & Share" tab on the top toolbar
    3. Click on "Email Alerts"
    4. Click on "Notifications"
    5. Change the Subject field
    6. Finish and Save.

SSL Submission and normal submissions have same speed to be delivered. The difference is; "SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral. SSL is an industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their online transactions with their customers."

SSL forms are forms that are sent over the internet via HTTPS rather than regular HTTP, which means that there is encryption between the browser and the server.  You can make any JotForm form be SSL encrypted just by changing the adderss that you use to access it.  So, where a regular form address might be something like

    http://www.jotform.com/SomeUser/123467

you can connect to that form via SSL by changing http to https, like so

    https://www.jotform.com/SomeUser/123467

Lets know if you have further questiopns.
