It shows on my account that I am over the upload space. I have deleted a number of submissions but it still hasn't cleared the space. Could you please let me know how to fix the problem.

I have refreshed your file upload counter and it stays the same. This means that you still have files in your form. I would suggest deleting your entire submissions to clear it up. Just please make sure to have a backup of the files before deleting them up.
