Unfortunately, this is not possible to achieve at the moment, conditions will only affect the entire payment field, but it is not possible to handle products or product options.

I will forward this thread to our second level as a feature request so this may be considered, although we cannot provide an ETA or ensure this will be implemented, we will let you know as soon as we get updates regarding this request.

On a side note, though it is not possible to do in the payment fields, you can set your products and options outside of the payment field using checkbox fields, radio buttons etc.  You can assign those products/options calculation values:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value

Total up those values and perform further calculations in a calculation field:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget

Then pass that total to your payment field:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field

This way, you can use conditions on your products/options as you would any other field.
