    Email address added to bounce list very frequently.

    I am having similar bounce issues with my account, all of which started in the new year. We have a couple of e-mails that seem to be added to the bounce list every day or two, but that have never had bounce issues before. Did something change in 2017 that is causing these issues?

    We're sorry for the inconvenience you have. We did not make any changes related to bouncing in 2017.

    I have checked your Activity Logs of your history and I've seen that reedpatterson@uwa.edu were on the bounce list as you can see the screenshots below:


    As I have checked, it seems to have been removed from the bounce list already and it will receive emails.

    I did not see any more emails of your recipients in our bounce list, now.

    This has began to happen to me as well.  Mainly in January but a bit in December too.  I was completely unaware and the consequences have been rather severe.  With the amount of support tickets recently about bouncing I'm sure something must have happened.

    I'm getting exactly the same thing on a daily basis meaning I'm not getting email notifications on any form that was submitted overnight. Every morning when I log in the box comes up to tell me I'm on the bounce list again

    It's annoying isn't it.

    Mine has been OK the last few days but the influx of support threads regarding this - one would presume it's us and not them!
