We're sorry for the inconvenience you have. We did not make any changes related to bouncing in 2017.
As I have checked, it seems to have been removed from the bounce list already and it will receive emails.
I did not see any more emails of your recipients in our bounce list, now.
You can check if any email is in our bounce list or not as you can see at the following document link: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
